EICR's
I charge £200 per EICR for a full inspection of a standard 2-to-3-bedroom house. this is a little bit more expensive than some Electricians but for that I spend up to 4 hours at the property and try and fix as many problems that I can on the way round to be able to issue a satisfactory Certificate. Any faults that can't be fixed within a reasonable amount of time or any works that will require substantial time and work to rectify will be put on the report and you can then decide how you wish to proceed. I do not come in with a cheap price and then try and put in a large quote for remedial works. and I can guarantee a proper EICR done by a fully trained and qualified Electrician with 18 years’ experience and all the proper insurances to go with it.
Electric Vehicle Charging
We Instal Electric Vehicle Chargers to the most up to date Regulations with built in RCD and PEN fault protection as standard . provided you have enough space on you supply we can upgrade your System to be able to charge you Electric Vehicle
full and partial rewires
I undertake full and partial rewires fully compliant to BS 7671 : 2018+A2:2022
prices will vairy for rewires depending on the size and complexity of the installation. I can do a full rewire of a house or commercial premises and partial rewires on faulty / old circuits and additions to the property like extensions and partial renovations. I also rewire garages and sheds and other outbuildings. please get in touch for a free estimate.

All aspects of Electrical work
I undertake all aspects of Electrical work from additional sockets and light fittings to full changes of outlet faces and light fittings . I also undertake full consumer unit upgrades to the current IEE wiring regs . I always recommend a full EICR before starting a consumer unit change to pick up on any faults that may cause problems when the consumer unit has been changed and the customer may incur a further cost of fault finding and rectification of said faults, before any work goes ahead . That way the customer is not surprised at any additional costs when the job is done, if things are not working as they should . I also install Smoke and fire alarms to comply with the law in regard to rented properties and installation of outside lights and power etc . if its Electrical and it needs doing, I’m the person for the job .
